روغن دو قاشق غذا خوری یا ۵۰ گرم
کره نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم
پنیر پیتزا ۱۵۰ گرم
مرغ را با یک عدد پیاز و فلفل و نمک بپزید سپس آنرا بصورت رشته ای خرد کنید.
آب مرغ به دست آمده اضافه است و برای تهیه سوپ مناسب میباشد.
قارچ ورقه شده را که تفت داده شده به آن اضافه کنید.
اکنون آرد سفید را با دو قاشق روغن یا کره تفت دهید.
نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم به آن اضافه نموده و به آرامی شیر اضافه نمایید
و به هم بزنید تا زمانیکه این ترکیب مثل سس غلیظ شود.
سپس این سس را با مرغ و قارچ ورقه شده مخلوط نموده
وآن را درون یک ظرف مناسب شیشه ای ریخته و روی سطح آن پنیر پیتزا می ریزیم.
درون فر با دمای 200 درجه به مدت بیست دقیقه قرار می دهیم تا سطح آن به رنگ طلایی شود.
این روش تهیه سوفله خوشمزه تر و سالم تر از روش هایی است که در آن از تخم مرغ استفاده می شود.
